Shipping & payment

Within Germany, standard delivery is free of charge. Express delivery and deliveries to the other EU countries served carry the costs listed below. Shipping costs are stated during checkout before the order is placed. No VAT is shown, pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act.

We ship to Germany and to the following EU countries: Österreich, Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien, Dänemark, Schweden.

Shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries is not currently possible, as additional customs and food law requirements apply. Delivery to DHL Packstation is possible within Germany.

Once payment is received we prepare your order for dispatch within 1-2 working days. The delivery times stated start when the parcel is handed over to DHL and refer to working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive a dispatch confirmation by email with the tracking number.

Matcha is sensitive to light and oxygen. We therefore fill it into opaque mylar pouches with an aluminium barrier layer and heat-seal them; a zip closure keeps the pouch airtight after opening. For shipping we use only recyclable material without plastic padding.

Please note: once the heat seal is cut open, the right of withdrawal for that pouch lapses. Details are in the withdrawal instructions.

The following payment methods are available. Which of them appear during checkout depends on the delivery country and the device used; depending on the device, wallet payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered.

The purchase price is due when the contract is concluded. Details are set out in our terms and conditions.

Because matcha is sold by weight, we show the unit price alongside the pack price for every product — on the product page, in the product list and in the cart.
